Prepare cheese soup with zucchini
- Zucchini – 200 g
- Cheese – 200g
- Cream – 200 ml
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Bacon 20 g
- Spices to taste
- First take the zucchini and grate on a coarse grater. Then put them in a pot and pour vegetable broth. Cook for 2 minutes – bring dish to a boil.
- When it boils, add 100 ml of cream. This will give tenderness to our dish. Then added shabby cream cheese and spices to taste, bring to a boil and switch off.
- Next step: turn on the blender and turn it into a homogeneous mixture. In the end, you add fried bacon, sunflower seeds and roasted nut.
