Recipe of chicken curry with rice and vegetables


  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 150 grams of rice
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 30 g of vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 5 grains of cloves
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. Pour vegetable oil in a frying pan, put on slow fire.
  2. Chicken thighs cleaned from bones, cut into small pieces and fry on both sides.
  3. Put cooked meat from the pan to a wire rack to drain off excess fat.
  4. On the same oil in a pan fry onion, garlic, ginger, carrot.
  5. When the vegetables are ready, add chicken thighs and rice.
  6. Ready the ingredients pour water to cover the rice.
  7. Add spices, cover the pan with a lid.
  8. Cook for 20 minutes. Place on plates and serve immediately to the table!
