Recipe chocolate Fondane


  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 40 g sugars
  • berries or fruit for decoration


  1. Mix eggs with sugar and whip to a froth.
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt.
  3. Add the chocolate into the beaten eggs and sifted flour give. Carefully mix.
  4. Heat-resistant form grease with butter.
  5. Chocolate pour into molds and bake in the oven at a temperature of 210 °C for 5-7 minutes.
  6. If you want the filling was thicker, increase the baking time to 10-13 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, decorate with berries.
