Recipe flavored eggnog for the holiday weekend

Ingredients

  • Heavy cream (30%) – 2 tbsp.
  • Fat milk (3,2-6%) – 2 tbsp.
  • Sugar – 280 g
  • White rum – 1.5 art.
  • The egg yolk – 6 PCs.
  • Ground cinnamon – ? tsp.
  • Clove – 2 buds
  • Nutmeg – 1/3 tsp.
  • Vanilla – 1 packet

Instructions

  1. Mix in a saucepan the milk, spices and vanilla, put on low heat, bring to the boil and remove from heat.
  2. In another container beat the egg yolks with the sugar until fluffy foam.
  3. Carefully pour the milk into the egg mixture, whisking simultaneously.
  4. Put the saucepan with the mixture on low heat and heat, without boiling and stirring constantly, until the mixture slightly thickens.
  5. Drain, then place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Add in the cream and rum mixture, mix thoroughly.
  7. To remove overnight in the refrigerator, pre-sealed with plastic wrap so that the alcohol does not evaporate.
