Recipe flavored pork

  • 1.5 kg pork leg
  • H 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cm of fresh ginger root
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the meat and dry it.
  2. RUB with salt and pepper.
  3. Garlic and ginger chop and mix with mustard and rosemary.
  4. Brush the meat with the mixture, place in bag, tie and put in the fridge for a few hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Get the meat from the package and wrap in several layers of foil.
  6. Put in shape and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  7. If a piece of meat larger, the cooking time should be increased.
  8. Aromatic baked ham in a crust of Dijon mustard ready.
