Recipe flavored pork
- 1.5 kg pork leg
- H 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cm of fresh ginger root
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Rinse the meat and dry it.
- RUB with salt and pepper.
- Garlic and ginger chop and mix with mustard and rosemary.
- Brush the meat with the mixture, place in bag, tie and put in the fridge for a few hours, preferably overnight.
- Get the meat from the package and wrap in several layers of foil.
- Put in shape and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- If a piece of meat larger, the cooking time should be increased.
- Aromatic baked ham in a crust of Dijon mustard ready.
