  • 200 ml. of boiling water
  • 14 tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt

FILLING:

  • 200 g of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chicken fillet

Instructions

  1. Vzbey eggs with sugar, add salt, yogurt and gradually enter the sifted flour.
  2. Mix until a homogeneous mass.
  3. Prepare boiling water cool. Straight from a boiling kettle pour into a glass, add soda, stir quickly and pour in the batter, do not forget to constantly whisk.
  4. Let the dough stand for about 5 minutes, add the vegetable oil.
  5. Bake pancakes on a hot skillet. Each finished pancake generously brush with butter.
  6. Boil chicken and grind in a meat grinder or blender.
  7. Mushrooms and onion cut and fry in a pan.
  8. Put chicken fillet with mushrooms and onions. Mix.
  9. Get to assemble the pancake pouches: in the middle of the pancake put the stuffing, the edges of the pancake gather and tie sticks of Suluguni cheese or spring onion.
  10. Pancake bags ready.
