- 400 ml of kefir
- 200 ml. of boiling water
- 14 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt
FILLING:
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 chicken fillet
Instructions
- Vzbey eggs with sugar, add salt, yogurt and gradually enter the sifted flour.
- Mix until a homogeneous mass.
- Prepare boiling water cool. Straight from a boiling kettle pour into a glass, add soda, stir quickly and pour in the batter, do not forget to constantly whisk.
- Let the dough stand for about 5 minutes, add the vegetable oil.
- Bake pancakes on a hot skillet. Each finished pancake generously brush with butter.
- Boil chicken and grind in a meat grinder or blender.
- Mushrooms and onion cut and fry in a pan.
- Put chicken fillet with mushrooms and onions. Mix.
