Recipe truffles chocolate

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g of bitter chocolate
  • 200 ml cream fat content of more than 30%
  • 40 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons rum or brandy
  • 2 tablespoons crushed nuts
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

Instructions

  1. Chocolate RUB on a grater.
  2. Cream the butter and rum and bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
  3. A thin stream pour them in grated chocolate while whisking. When the mixture is smooth, cover it with cling film and leave in the fridge until fully hardened.
  4. Then form balls and roll them in chopped nuts or cocoa.
