Ingredients

- 200 g of bitter chocolate
- 200 ml cream fat content of more than 30%
- 40 g butter
- 2 tablespoons rum or brandy
- 2 tablespoons crushed nuts
- 1 tbsp cocoa
Instructions
- Chocolate RUB on a grater.
- Cream the butter and rum and bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
- A thin stream pour them in grated chocolate while whisking. When the mixture is smooth, cover it with cling film and leave in the fridge until fully hardened.
- Then form balls and roll them in chopped nuts or cocoa.
