Tartlets with strawberries and green strawberry salad

For tartlets:

  • flour – 300 g
  • butter – 150 g
  • 1 egg
  • water – 20 ml
  • cream cheese – 200 g
  • cream – 150 g
  • sugar – 70 g
  • strawberry – 300 g

For salad:

  • spinach – 150 g
  • strawberry – 250 g
  • pumpkin seeds – 50 g
  • honey
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • olive oil
  • orange juice

Instructions

  1. First, prepare the dough for the tartlets. It is very simple. Flour and butter mixed, triturated with his hands. Add the egg, a little water and knead very well.
  2. The finished dough spread on a Board and roll out to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut the layer into squares, which are then put in baskets-molds. During the roasting not to create bubbles, prick the dough with a fork.
  3. Put molds in a warm oven. In the meantime, prepare the filling.
  4. In a separate bowl put the cream cheese, pour cream and add sugar. All this beat with a blender until a homogeneous air mass.
  5. Clean the strawberries and, if large, cut into pieces.
  6. By that time, baskets have become brown. Pour them in a cheese cream filling and add the strawberry pieces.
  7. And now again the tartlets in the oven for 10 minutes. Temperature – 200 degrees.
  8. This time is just enough to prepare a strawberry salad! For a start, put in a bowl the spinach leaves. Add the strawberries.
  9. Dressing. In a separate bowl, mix the honey, Apple cider vinegar, a little olive oil and orange juice.
  10. Pour sauce over spinach with strawberries and gently mix. For more flavor, I sprinkled on a salad of roasted pumpkin seeds.
