  • Pork neck – 1 kg
  • Fresh ginger – a piece the length of 1 cm
  • Garlic – 6 large cloves
  • Parsley – 3-4 sprigs
  • Onion – 1 onion
  • Salt, black pepper – to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190Β°C. clean the Garlic, cut into quarters. Ginger clean and thinly cut slices. Onion cut into large feathers.
