Turkey Artichoke Pecan Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey
  • 1 can (14 oz) Progresso™ artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 2 medium green onions, thinly sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (4 oz)

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, stir vinegar, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper with whisk. Stir in oil with whisk until blended.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat.
