Bruschetta recipe with spinach and mozzarella.
Bruschetta with spinach — a great dish for the holiday table and it will help if you suddenly came to visit. Your freezer should always be the spinach: add it to rice or served with a baguette — a fast, beautiful and useful food is ready for you!
- 200 g of frozen spinach
- mozzarella (2-3 scoops)
- 50 g butter
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- Slice up the baguette slices, put them in the oven on a dry grill or in the toaster.
- When browned, brush each slice with olive oil and RUB with garlic.
- Place spinach in a thick-walled pan with butter, saute, add garlic, salt, Parmesan cheese, few drops of lemon juice, mix well, put on bruschetta.
- On top put the slices of mozzarella.
