Champignon salad with fruit and cheese

Champignon salad with fruit and cheese


  • Mushrooms – 300 g.
  • Cheese (all to taste) – 150 g
  • Apple – 2 pcs.
  • Orange – 1 pc.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • Lemon juice – 1-2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tsp
  • Mustard – 1 tsp.
  • Spices – to taste


  1. Boil in salted water mushrooms with spices.
  2. Drain the water and chop the mushrooms into cubes.
  3. Apple peel and cut into large dice.
  4. Slice the pepper into strips. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. To clean orange from bones and films, cut into cubes.
  6. Make a dressing of lemon juice, mustard and honey. Add the orange zest without the white part.
  7. Pour the dressing ingredients and mix well.
