Tiramisu with strawberry
Trifle is the dessert prepared from biscuit or cookies (often impregnated with wine or coffee) with a custard and various additives – berries or fruit. Dessert will look even more tasty and more beautifully than more layers turn out. My dessert is prepared with self-made savoyard. But the recipe can be simplified very strongly having used the ready savoyard bought in shop. The most difficult here – to wait so far the dessert will soak in the refrigerator.
Step by step recipe for cooking
Step 1
At first we cook a vanilla pudding. It is very carefully kneaded by a nimbus or the mixer all ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl. First of all from vanilla it is necessary to take out seeds and to throw in a bowl. After stirring to add a vanilla pod to mix. We put a bowl on a water bath and we cook at regular stirring about 15-20 min. until mix thickens. As it has to look you watch a photo.
Step 2
We form to a trifle. It is necessary to cool a pudding in the refrigerator and to postpone quantity necessary to us to mix with mascarpone.
Step 3
It is necessary to slice strawberry.
Step 3
We grate chocolate on a grater with large holes. We make strong coffee and we mix it with favourite alcoholic drink.
Step 4
We stack layers:
first layer: quickly we dip cookies in coffee
second layer: strawberry
third layer: grated chocolate
fourth layer: mascarpone with a pudding.
We repeat the necessary number of times. Put at several o’clock in the refrigerator but not less than four hours. I prepared part for a trifle in glasses, and part in ice-cream bowls. Both options look very nicely.

- 1/3 cups of corn starch (1 cup = 200 ml)
- 1/2 cups of sugar
- salt pinch
- 2 and 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 pod of vanilla
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 250 g of a vanilla pudding which we cook
- 250 g of strawberry
- 50 g of any chocolate on the taste
- 1 small packing of cookies of a savoyarda or we bake
- 1/2 cups of espresso
- 2 tablespoons of liqueur or wine to the taste (Amaretto very much approaches)
