  • 2 tablespoons of sugar,
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar,
  • a pinch of salt.


  1. Slightly whip the egg, add to it the yogurt, sugar, salt and mix. Slide a mound of sifted flour. Make it a small indentation and pour back the egg-kefir mixture.
  2. Knead the dough. The consistency of it must be soft, plastic, not too hard and not stick to hands. The dough cover with a cloth and leave aside for 20 minutes.
  3. At this time, prepare the stuffing for dumplings. Cottage cheese wipe through a sieve. Add in the cottage cheese, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and mix it well.
