Snack from a breast of a turkey “Gentle”.
There are 3-4 hours before arrival of guests and there are a wish to treat them with magnificent meat snack? Then my recipe for you! Fragrant, gentle and juicy snack from a breast of a turkey. This dish for those who like to eat tasty, but watches the weight and adheres to healthy nutrition! It is very simple to cook, and observing temperature condition for an oven, the ideal, not overdried meat from a bird for cutting with aroma of pepper and fennel turns out!

Ingredients
- breast of a turkey — 0,5 pieces
- mix of pepper (peas) — 1 tablespoon.
- fennel (dried seeds) — 1 tsp.
- sunflower oil — 0,5 tsp.
- salt – to taste
Instructions
- Wash out and dry a breast.
- To pound pepper and fennel in a mortar.
- Lay out a breast on a silicone rug on a lattice (or on baking paper on a baking sheet), to salt and sprinkle with spices from both parties. From above slightly to oil sunflower. Leave for 30 min.
- Bake at 85 degrees of 50 min. (depends on piece thickness).
- Take out from an oven and turn in baking paper (foil). Put in the refrigerator for 1,5-2 hours. Get from the refrigerator, cut and enjoy taste and aroma!
