Drink Apple with carrot and ginger.
Drink Apple and carrot juice with ginger can be regarded as detox drinks. It cleanses the body well, saturating it with beta Carotinum, so rejuvenating, and popolam stores of vitamin C and folic acid.

- 4 Apple
- 3 juicy carrots
- 1–1,5 cm of fresh ginger root
- 1 tsp spirulina (optional)
Instructions
- Peeled ginger RUB on a small grater.
- Squeeze the juice from carrots and apples.
- Mix in a tall glass, two kinds of juice and ginger. Strain through a sieve, if necessary. And add spirulina, stir and drink.
