Scrambled eggs on toast with vegetables.
This dish is versatile. I recommend it to both Amateurs and experienced home cooks: first can surprise them with unusual scrambled eggs and the second to add to my recipe book. This dish is sure to give you the morning the bright colors and delight an incredibly rich flavor.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
- Tomatoes – 2 pc.
- Bread - 1 slice
- Eggs – 2 pc.
- Salt, pepper to taste
- First, preheat a frying pan, pour olive oil.
- Fry onion briefly, until olive transparency. To the onions add the sliced bell peppers – you need to fry too long so that it retains its flavor and vitamins, for example, vitamin C in the Bulgarian pepper more than in citrus.
- Meanwhile it is necessary to cut a tomato. For eggs choose the tomatoes are not juicy, and meaty. But if the tomato still let the juice, then he remains on the Board, put in the pan just pulp. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
