Pie with mushrooms
for the dough:
- 250 g flour,
- 30 g of yeast,
- 100 ml of vegetable oil,
- 1 tablespoon sugar,
- pinch of salt,
- 1 Cup water
for the filling:
- 500 g mushrooms,
- 3 onions,
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil,
- ground black pepper, to taste
- salt to taste.
- In warm water dissolve yeast, salt and sugar and stir until dissolved. Squirt in gradually the flour and knead nekrutoe dough.
