The jamaican sandwich.
Sweet Hawaiian bread is a perfect foil for this slightly spicy sandwich made with Butterball Peppered Turkey Breast, dijonnaise and mango salsa.

- 2 slices Hawaiian bread
- 1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- dash of jerk seasoning
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp. shredded carrots
- 4 oz. (2 or 3 slices) Butterball® Peppered Turkey Breast
- 2 tbsp. mango salsa
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Dijonnaise
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise over one side of one slice of bread; sprinkle with jerk seasoning. Cover with lettuce and carrots. Top with turkey and salsa.
- Spread the Dijonnaise on one side of the second slice of bread. Place over turkey and salsa.
- Cut in half to serve.
