Mediterranean Appetizer Bites.
These festive bites are the perfect appetizer to add to your holiday party spread. Packed with lots of delicious flavor, they’re sure to be a crowd pleaser.

- 3/4 cup Yoplait® Greek 100 plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 package (1.9 oz) frozen mini fillo (phyllo) shells (15 shells)
- 3 tablespoons olive tapenade
- 4 grape tomatoes, cut into fourths
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- In small bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon peel and 1 tablespoon of the basil leaves; mix well. Divide mixture equally among shells.
- Top with olive tapenade, tomatoes, feta cheese and remaining basil. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
