These cookies will taste better if you cook it to help your children. Small balls baked in the oven, crumble in the glaze and then into the crushed wafers.


Cookie Hedgehogs


  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts


  1. In advance remove from the refrigerator butter. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Put in a bowl the softened butter and sugar and beat with a mixer until light cream. Add the egg and vanilla extract and whisk again. Sift the flour, salt and baking powder and stir in butter cream, stir quickly.
  2. Divide the dough into small balls, a little squeeze them at the top. Make a pointed muzzle and nose. Place on a baking sheet, covered with parchment, and place in oven for 6-8 minutes, until cookies become light Golden. The finished cookies put on the grill and let it cool.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Cookies dip one end in chocolate, immersing it by about 3/4. Shake off excess and dip in chopped nuts. Carefully, using a toothpick place drops of chocolate on the nose and eyes. Leave on for 30 minutes to harden.
