It is always interesting to explore new taste, and we think that these meatballs, baked in the oven with vegetables, you try not yet had the chance. First, the very composition of meatballs is a very interesting and diet – with added cereal. And secondly, baking burgers in the oven with vegetables, you get a ready meal with a side dish!

for meatballs:

  • 500 g chicken fillet,
  • 50 g butter,
  • 1 egg,
  • 4 tablespoons oat flakes,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 cloves garlic,
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • salt to taste,
  • 3 tablespoons water,

for the garnish:

  • 1 carrot,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 bell pepper,
  • 300 g broccoli,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • greens (dill, parsley),
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil,
  • 0.5 teaspoons of Khmeli suneli,
  • 0.5 tsp of paprika,
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Oat flakes pour warm water, cover and leave for 10 minutes that they have swelled.
  2. Chicken, onion and garlic skip through Mincer. Add the meat in egg, rolled oats, soft butter, salt, pepper, mix and cut the meat.
  3. From the resulting meat with wet hands form patties. Put them on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil, at some distance from each other.
  4. Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences. The rest of the vegetables cut in small cubes. Greens grind.
  5. Distribute the vegetables in the pan around the chops, sprinkle with spices, salt and sprinkle with vegetable oil. Cover the pan with foil and send in a preheated 200Β°C oven.
  6. After 20 minutes, remove foil and sprinkle with herbs. Cook meatballs in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  7. Serve cutlets with vegetables hot.
