Stuffed duck recipe with rice, apples and citrus
- 1 duck (2-2. 5 kg),
- 1 Cup rice,
- 6 apples,
- 1 orange,
- 0.5 lemon,
- 50 g of mayonnaise,
- 50 g butter,
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil,
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tsp ground paprika,
- 1 tsp ground coriander,
- ground black pepper, to taste
