Homemade marmalade from natural juices.
Very often I see parents trying to tame their little sweet tooth. Therefore, I specifically explored the technology of making marmalade at home and share this recipe incredibly tasty, tender and sweet dessert with you. Try making marmalade at home together with your children!
- Orange peel and lemon – 3 tsp.
- Water – 150 ml
- Orange juice – 70 ml
- Lemon juice – 70 ml
- Grapefruit juice – 70 ml
- Sugar – 210 g
- Pectin – 10 g
- Zest fill with water, boil for 5 minutes, then add orange, lemon and grapefruit juices, bring to a boil. Separately, mix sugar and pectin. Pectin, healthy ingredient of plant origin, sold in pharmacies as a dietary Supplement. Add the mixture of sugar with the pectin to the boiling juice, stir until sugar is dissolved (about 5 minutes). The mixture was poured into molds and put in refrigerator to thicken. Ready candy coat it in sugar.
