Nut-plum cake.

Lenten cakes can be extremely delicious and airy, despite the fact that the recipes must not contain eggs or dairy products. The dough rises because of the baking powder falls into the acidic environment of fruit juice βˆ’ Apple, orange, cherry.

  • 200 g flour,
  • 180 g of sugar,
  • 50 g of powdered sugar,
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil,
  • 100 ml Apple juice
  • 100 g plum jam,
  • 100 g walnuts,
  • 0.5 teaspoons of soda,
  • a pinch of salt.
