Potato gnocchi with herbs.

Ingredients

  • mashed potatoes – 500 g

Instructions

  2. In a little warm mashed potatoes add the egg yolks.
  3. Add the flour and knead the dough.
  4. Cut the dough into pieces, roll “sausage” and cut into gnocchi. Attach them to the form, pressing with a fork.
  5. Throw the gnocchi in boiling salted water, wait until the float, take out and.
  6. In a pan melt the butter.
  7. Finely chop the chives and throw into the pan.
  8. Add the sage and parsley. Put the gnocchi and stir.
