Classic Sabayon Recipe.

Sabayon dessert is elegant, yet so easy to make. Whether you need a dessert for 4 or 24, this recipe is sure to impress.

Prepare low-calorie Sabayon

Ingredients

  • Egg yolk – 6 pcs.
  • Powdered sugar – 100 gr.
  • Marsala wine – 200 ml.
  • Fresh fruit and berries

Instructions

  1. Combine wine, yolks and sugar, whisk a little, put in a water bath.
  2. Whisk until the cream thickens and becomes white.
  3. Put into cream, add berries and diced fruit, put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
