STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE

Step 1.

Roast potatoes with mustard sauce and sesame seeds

Warm an oven up to the temperature of 374 °F. Grease a bottom of a big high baking sheet of 1-1,5 tablespoons of sesame oil or sunflower oil.

Step 2. Well wash potatoes, the peeled garlic. Potatoes shouldn’t be peeled (but remove at it places of damage).

Step 3.

Very small chop garlic in other big capacity. Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil or sunflower oil and 1 tablespoon of mustard. Mix everything.

Step 4.

Potato cut average pieces and put in the marinade prepared earlier. Mix thoroughly everything that all potatoes became covered with mix of garlic, oil and mustard from all directions.

Step 5.

Evenly distribute potato on a baking sheet and cover with a foil. Put a baking sheet in the warmed oven. Bake a dish at a temperature of 370 °F about 30-35 min.

On the expiration of the specified time take out a baking sheet with potatoes from an oven and remove from it a foil. Add to potato salt pepper and sesame. Return a baking sheet to an oven for 40 minutes or until the readiness of potato. Note: 1. Before addition of sesame, mix potato on a baking sheet a little to provide uniform warming up of a dish. 2. After cooking again not for a long time cover potato with a foil and continue to bake if potatoes not rather soft.

Take out a ready dish from an oven. Lay out potatoes on plates and serve.

  • 56 medium new potato with a thin skin (with a gross weight about 600650 grams). Potatoes have to be one size for uniform preparation.
  • 1 big clove garlic
