Raspberry cupcake.
Friends, Goodies become special if they are to cook with seasonal ingredients. Now the Ukrainian raspberries. Raspberry jams, preserves, cocktails, jelly – mandatory part of the program. But in this list I will add more and cupcakes.

Ingredients
- flour – 150 g
- butter – 100 g.
- sugar – 100 g
- ground almonds – 100 g
- raspberry – 300 g
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
- almond petals for decoration
Instructions
- First knead the dough. In a separate bowl put the flour, butter, sugar, ground almonds and vanilla sugar. This mixture is triturated with hands to form a “crumb”.
- Then in the dough add 2 eggs and knead with hands again.
