Raspberry cupcake.

  • flour – 150 g
  • butter – 100 g.
  • sugar – 100 g
  • ground almonds – 100 g
  • raspberry – 300 g

  1. First knead the dough. In a separate bowl put the flour, butter, sugar, ground almonds and vanilla sugar. This mixture is triturated with hands to form a “crumb”.
  2. Then in the dough add 2 eggs and knead with hands again.
  3. The form in which you will bake a pie, can be anything. I heart J. Main – generously grease the surface with butter. Divide the dough in half and one half “we trample down” on the bottom of the form.
  4. Pour on top of raspberries.
