Recipe of fruit jelly dessert.

Preparing this dessert is very simple, but the taste is almost not noticeable that it doesn’t contain neither eggs nor milk nor butter.

for the dough:

  • 250 g flour,
  • 200 g of sugar,
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 250 ml water (juice, syrup),
  • pinch of salt,

for the cream:

  • 300 ml berry juice,
  • 60 g of semolina,
  • sugar to taste,

for the filling:

  • 300 grams of canned fruit (peaches, apples, pineapples, strawberries),
  • 100 g of nuts,
  • jelly cake.


  1. Put sifted flour, baking powder and sugar. Pour into the dry mixture vegetable oil and water (or fruit syrup). Depending on the sweetness of the syrup proofread the amount of sugar. Knead the dough consistency of sour cream.
  2. Place the dough in a greased form and bake in a preheated 180°C oven 25-30 minutes. Ready leave the cake in the mold to cool.
  3. Pour into the pan fruit juice, add sugar to taste, mound the semolina and, stirring, bring to a boil. Cook the cream over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens, 5-7 minutes. Then cool the cream and blend with a blender to a white mousse.

    I'm sure it's delicious. ..but at first glance it looks like a deep fried frog head....just saying (sorry. .but it does )
