Ribs With Mixed Berry BBQ Sauce Recipe.
Barbecue sauce and berries are two great tastes that taste great together – and if you can’t decide what kind of berries you want, why not go for them all? I used a mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, but you can pick whatever you like, either fresh or frozen. Blend them right on into a basic smoky-sweet BBQ sauce and you’re left with the perfect topping for a big rack of ribs.

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250 F.
- Season the ribs with garlic powder, paprika, sea salt, and ground black pepper to taste.
- Place the ribs on one or two baking dishes, making sure not to overcrowd them.

- Place on a preheated grill or back in the oven on broil, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the ribs to a cutting board, cut the racks between the bones, and serve.
