- 1 carrot,
- 1 bell pepper,
- 1 Apple,

- ground black pepper, to taste
- salt to taste.
Instructions
- Beijing cabbage, wash, let it drain and coarsely cut, leaving a few whole leaves for decoration of salad.
- Carrot on a coarse grater.
- Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips.
- Apple salad choose juicy sour-sweet. Cut its small slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
