- 2 lemons
- 900 g cottage cheese
- 5 eggs
- 250 g of sugar
- 65 g butter
- 3 tablespoons milk
- whipped cream
- salt
- a sprig of mint
- 230 g flour
Instructions
- Mix sugar, flour and butter, add 40 ml of water and knead the dough. Put in the fridge for 30 min.
- The form put the parchment, put the dough and form a rim.
- Bake 10 minutes at 180 Β°C.
- Mix the yolks with the sugar, whip the whites with the salt.
- Add the cheese, flour with milk and grated zest of 1 lemon.
- Put on the dough and bake 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 Β°C.
- Decorate with cream, lemon and mint.
