We suggest you to replace usual shortcrust pie with apples pie like “clafoutis” (with a pancake batter). It is more dense, than the charlotte, less dry and prepares very simply, and in it it is less calories, than in sand.


Apples pie: dietary recipe


  • 500 g of apples,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 360 ml of milk,
  • 60 g of sugar,
  • 60 g of flour,
  • vanilla,
  • icing sugar for topping.


  1. We get rid of icing sugar. Powder from cinnamon – fragrantly and any calories will be ideally suited for apple pie.
  2. We replace one of eggs simply with white – the yolk contains a lot of fat.
  3. We replace a half of flour wholegrain, in it there is more white, vitamins and cellulose.
  4. Finally it is possible to replace sugar steviozidy or other sakharozamenitel.
