Open pie stuffed with feta cheese

Friends, look what I offer for Breakfast: it’s not a dish from the restaurant menu, in fact it is an open pie with a filling of feta, spinach is very useful, and most importantly – delicious nut crust! I love versatile meals: lunch, dinner, or, like today, for Breakfast.


Open pie stuffed with feta cheese


For the dough:

  • Oat flour – 100 g
  • Nut flour – 100 g
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Water – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For the filling:

  • Eggs – 3 PCs.
  • Cheese – 150 g
  • Starch – 2 tbsp
  • Spinach – 200 g
  • Spices – to taste


  1. Prepare the basis for the pie – it can be done quite simply. Rolled oats to turn into flour, then did the same with the almonds – resulting in 2 kinds of flour – almond and oatmeal. Both types of mix, add a few tablespoons of olive oil and as much water, to turn into crumbs and spread over the form. Prick the dough with a fork and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. The Foundation is ready!
  2. Spinach is the main hero of our today’s dish. It should extinguish. To do this on a heated pan pour a little olive oil, put the spinach leaves, simmer on low heat – the leaves will soften, but not lose color. Meanwhile, in a bowl break 3 eggs, add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, whisk, add 1 tablespoon all-purpose vegetable seasoning – it will emphasize the taste of homemade baking. In the egg mixture to spread the cooled spinach, mix well. Pour the filling on the basis of the amount of filling depends on size of molds. Top hands to crumble the feta cheese that has a distinct fermented taste. Future pie put in the oven and bake for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.
