Sugar and spice banana.

A healthy, low-fat breakfast, snack or dessert combing fragrant spices, creamy yoghurt and fresh bananas.


Sugar and spice banana


  • 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 2 bananas, sliced


  1. Combine mixed spice and sugar in a bowl. Remove 1 teaspoon mixture and reserve. Add yoghurt to remaining mixture. Stir to combine.
  2. Divide banana between bowls. Top with yoghurt mixture. Sprinkle with reserved spice mixture and serve.
