Paprikash of oyster mushrooms.
Paprikash in fact usually made from meat. But why not cook here is a – a meatless option? Especially since the fleshy oyster fit perfectly in the classic recipe.

- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Ground sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 Tomato puree
- 100 ml Dry white wine
- 4 piece Garlic
- 3 piece Onion
- 2 piece Red pepper
- 1 Oyster mushrooms
Instructions
- In oyster remove tough feet, we will cut those big hats. Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic and peppers.
- In a large frying pan with a thick bottom heat the oil, fry the vegetables for 10 minutes.
- Add the peppers and oyster mushrooms. Stir, pour white wine with tomato puree, cover, simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with potatoes or spaghetti.
