- For the dough: 1.5 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons water, salt
- For the filling: 2 bunches of green onions
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 20 g butter
- salt
Instructions
- Boil egg, lightly fry the chopped onion.
- Mix with chopped parsley and salt.
- The dough thinly roll, squeezed a glass of circles on the middle of each put 1 teaspoon of filling. Mold the dumplings.
- Boil them for 5-7 minutes in boiling salted water. Serve with sour cream.
