Cake with strawberries – a wonderful sweet decoration of spring table full of berry flavor and vitamins.
Even if you are not yet tired of strawberry in its purest form, indulge your family with an original dessert – prepare cake with strawberries.

Cake with strawberries
- 200 g flour,
- 2 eggs and 5 egg yolks,
- 300 ml milk,
- 150 g butter,
- 400 g strawberries,
- 50 g almonds,
- 150 g of sugar,
- 10 g of vanilla sugar,
- 1 tbsp icing sugar,
- a pinch of salt.
- Mix the chopped almonds, flour, salt, 100 g soft butter, egg, 1 tablespoon sugar and knead the dough.
- Put the dough for half an hour in the fridge.
- Prepare the cream. Mash the yolks, egg, 5 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar. Add warm milk.
- Put in a water bath and, stirring, bring to thick consistency. Then slightly cool the ground and enter the 50 grams of butter.
- In a greased form put the dough, forming it from the basket. Below the baking basket from dough is not deformed, on top of the dough put parchment paper on it a mound of beans or peas and bake in a preheated 200°C oven for about 15 minutes.
- Get the form, take the baskets with paper and beans (peas), put onto the pastry cream, brush the edge of the basket with egg yolk and bake for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 140°C.
- On top of the pie is ready put the strawberries, sprinkle with icing sugar.
