- 2 eggs
- 100 g icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 200 g flour
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 egg yolk
- 200 grams of any berries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Blend butter with powdered sugar and egg. Add orange zest, flour and lemon juice, knead the dough. Give berries, mix gently.
- Put in refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Cut the dough slices. Blend the yolks, put it on their biscuits and sprinkle with sugar.
- Set the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 12 minutes.
