Steak with seasonal vegetables.
Beef is quite expensive type of meat. Moreover, it is not always possible to find good beef. But there is an option worse, it is the Ukrainian pork. The word “steak” can often be found in the Ukrainian menu. This dish is quite expensive. The steak was juicy and tender, meat with streaks of fat.
If you only got the meat out of the fridge, don’t fry it immediately. Leave for an hour to get the meat warmed to room temperature, otherwise when frying, it will be harsh.
Can be served as a separate dish. But don’t forget about Ukrainian seasonal vegetables: tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, cucumbers — anything that you like.
- Meat — 500 g
- Olive oil — 50 mg
- Seasoning for meat grilled to taste
- Butter — 25 g
- Meat brush with olive oil, sprinkle with seasoning. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.
- “Seal” the meat: on very hot pan to put the steaks. He should immediately be covered with a crust, then all the juices will stay inside.
- Fry 10-15 seconds on each side.
- Continue to fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add butter. Fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Place the meat on a plate and leave for 10 minutes.
