The pancakes diet: simple secrets of delicious dishes.

The pancakes are delicious and quite hearty dish, particularly popular on Shrove Tuesday, but no less a favourite in other days.

The pancakes diet


  • 1 egg,
  • 1 Cup buckwheat flour,
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • a pinch of salt.


  1. In warm water dissolve honey, add egg and blend.
  2. Then add the sifted flour, olive oil and mix it well.
  3. In a frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, fry the pancakes. Thanks to the buckwheat flour they will have a nice dark tint.
